Spectra Select & ARF (GPMA17**, GPMA1050) Tech Notes

Note #1: Version 1.1 of the manual is available for the ARF and Select. Updates include:


Note #2 (ARF version): There is a better way of installing the canopy dowel on your Great Planes Spectra ARF. Please replace step 2 on page 9 of the Spectra ARF instruction book with the following:

1. Make a 7/64" [2.8 mm] hole in the front canopy brace and fuselage as shown.

2. Remove the canopy braces from the airplane. Insert the small hardwood dowel into the fuselage's hole until it extends all the way into the fuselage hole. Glue the dowel to the fuselage with Medium CA.
