 Designed specifically for the Yard Stik, the nylon center pod securely holds the battery and on-board radio gear. The wheels are also molded of nylon for strength, light weight and shock absorbing ability.

 Very little assembly is left to finish the Yard Stik. The built-up wing – reinforced with carbon-fiber leading and trailing edges – arrives precovered, and the included motor, gearbox and propeller install quickly on the durable carbon-fiber boom. |

 Control linkages connect with the same plug-in ease as the rest of the plane. Injection-molded nylon guides direct pushrods to the elevator control surfaces for smooth, precise movement. | |

Note: Some models require a 3-channel radio system, but a 4-channel will also work and it's beneficial because the modeler can use it in a wider range of applications with larger aircraft in the future. It depends on whether the modeler plans on using their radio for different uses other than just this airplane. Also please note that some radios come with receiver, crystal and/or servos.
